Day #6 of "How to live a macro life"..

The last step to start living a macro life is to BE CONSISTENT and TRUST THE PROCESS.

We can't promise you that results will happen overnight. It's just not realistic.

👉👉 We can PROMISE you that IF you are consistent with logging EVERYTHING you eat and drink, weigh your food as much as you possibly can, and be PATIENT while waiting for results, that you WILL see a very shocking difference in your body.

Trusting this process was one of the hardest things for me to do. I literally was scared to death I was going to gain weight, going from eating 1200 calories a day to just shy of 2000 calories a day. When Todd calculated my macros and told me I needed to be consuming 276g of carbs a day I nearly had a stroke. 😂One day I just decided to go for it and not look back. I did weigh every single day up until about 3 weeks ago when I asked him to hide the scale. I fully trust this process and love the journey I'm on. I let my pictures and clothes do the talking for me. This life works and is something I can live with till the day I die. THIS is something that is sustainable and I have no limits to what I can eat. As long as it fits my macros, it's fair game.

I know some of you are hesitant to increase your calories. ♡ Some of you are convinced that carbs are the devil. ♡Some of you are restricting your diet of sugar, carbs, sweets and anything society labels as "bad foods". ♡ Some of you have wanted to try counting macros but you're scared of the process. ♡ Some of you have your macro numbers and are scared to start it, worried you're going to gain weight. ♡♡

Guess what? All of that was ME too. If you just would trust the process I promise, you will look back and want to kick yourself for not starting earlier.
